Threecolts today announced the acquisition of Hemi Connect from We Are Pentagon Group. Hemi Connect is a global marketplace integration tool, giving sellers direct access to a global network of leading online marketplaces from Amazon to Zalando.
As the technology platform at the heart of the We Are Pentagon Group, Hemi Connect was built to optimise the service businesses of the wider Group that is managing some of the largest brands on marketplaces including, Next, Puma, BMW and many more. Headquartered in London and built in Bulgaria, Hemi Connect has processed more than $800 million worth of transactions since inception, and was one of the first Western integrators to connect to marketplaces in countries like Japan and Korea.
Speaking about the transaction, Pentagon CEO, Laurence Guy said, “I am incredibly proud of the whole team for conceptualising, building and supporting the Hemi platform, which now processes one order every few seconds.
