Pentagon were delighted to be sponsoring the E-commerce Customer Service Award at the eCommerce Awards for Excellence 2014, which took place at the Marriott Hotel, Grosvenor Square in London on October 1st.
Our Head of Customer Service, Mariya Chalakova, joined the stage with impressionist Alistair McGowan, to present the prize to this year’s stand out e-commerce business, AO.com. We congratulate all the winners at this years awards and look forward to returning in 2015!
