Andrew Starkey is retained by IMRG as its Head of e-Logistics to lead its research and member support programme. He is a recognised expert in the world of parcels and postal logistics with an extensive background from the corporate world, most recently covering senior commercial roles in Royal Mail, Executive Director of Postcomm and Commercial Director of Jersey Post International.
For the past 10 years Andrew, has been the founder and lead consultant for the Spiral4… a strategic solutions consultancy, providing retailer and supplier organisations with advice on postal and e-retail logistics strategy. He undertakes up to the minute original research and is the author of a number of market leading reports and indexes. He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport and the Institute of Direct Marketing.
