He has been at eBay for over 9 years and is currently the Head of UK Delivery Experience – responsible for defining and implementing the strategy for delivery solutions with a focus on delivery experience for buyers and logistic enablement for sellers with an underlying goal of improving delivery costs and transit times. One the key logistic enablement projects is the Global Shipping Programme that turns a complex cross border trade sale into a simple domestic transaction for the seller.
